The permits for the new venue for Bisco on the Green were not approved. We took a gamble on this one (working with someone who isn’t our normal Colorado promoter, because we thought the idea of 3 nights outdoors IN Denver sounded amazing) and it didn’t work out. Sometimes, when things seem too good to be true, they end up being just that.
Thankfully, the person who is normally our promoter in Colorado has moved some things around on these three days, and The Disco Biscuits shows will be moved (one final time) to the The Ogden Theatre.
Tickets purchased through http://discobiscuits.com/ presales for Bisco on the Green will be honored. Your previously issued physical ticket will be voided and you will be issued a new e-ticket for this show. You will be contacted with this information in the coming days.
If you purchased from the promoter’s ticketing, Hold My Ticket, the credit card that was used for purchase will be automatically refunded and an email will be sent to the address the ticket buyer provided at the time of purchase that includes a code that will guarantee you tickets to the Ogden. The code will be emailed to you tomorrow at 11:30am MT, directly before tickets are on sale. You will be able to use that code at this link beginning Friday, September 5 at 12noon MT: http://www.axs.com/series/960/ the-disco-biscuits-tickets?skin =ogden
When this process is complete, there will be a very limited amount of tickets available for the shows and they will be made available to the general public. These tickets will be made available Saturday, September 6 at 10am MT.
We do apologize for any inconvenience. We are extremely excited that we were able to turn this tough situation into something positive and we look forward to getting out to Colorado to play another epic 3-night stand at the Ogden! With no early curfew.
As you may know, all future concerts scheduled at Sculpture Park in Denver have been called off—but when one door closes, another opens. We were very lucky to secure Ruby Hill Park, which is a beautiful site in Denver, one that some might argue is even more well suited for the Bisco on the Green! All 3 days are moving to Ruby Hill Park in Denver. Meanwhile, we are excited to announce the great talent that we lined up to join us all weekend! Joining us Friday: Seven Arrows, the fresh new project from David Murphy of STS9 and DYNOHUNTER. Saturday: The Magic Beans. Sunday: SunSquabi. All existing tickets from Sculpture Park will be honored! There are still 3-day & single day passes available here: http://discobiscuits.com/presales
We have your support acts for CITY BISCO! Joining The Disco Biscuits Saturday at The Mann Center for the Performing Arts will be none other than Giorgio Moroder, Orchard Lounge (official) & Risky Disko!!! Joining us Friday at Electric Factory will be American Babies. 3-day tickets are still available, and the only way to join us at The Trocadero. But we’ll have single days for the Mann available tomorrow! For both ticket types visit www.discobiscuits.com/presales
